I bet they will taste as good as they look if they were real! Haha! Have you guys gotten one of these yummy looking pool floats yet? It is all the rage now! Bring them out to the pool or for your next beach holiday for some sweet fun!
Seriously, I can never have enough of the food inspired pool floats! In fact, I can never resist collecting more crazy pool floats! So for every Christmas, birthday, Valentine’s Day, my husband will always get me a new float! I guess the conventional gifting of flowers, jewellery and bags doesn’t seems to appeal much to me.
You guys must be wondering by now how many floats I have altogether. Hmm let me do a quick count… let’s see… 2 donuts, 1 flamingo, 1 watermelon, 1 whale, 1 giant slipper float… the list continues. A total of 15 floats!! And that is excluding the small pool toys. OMG! Kinda crazy, who needs so many floats right!
However I am not planning to stop there yet. I am still as excited each time when I get to bring my float out to the beach or to a pool villa holiday.
So for the pool float addicts out there looking to expand your collection, do check out The Happy Beach range of pool inflatables. You will be in for a sweet treat!

The weather is really really hot these days! And when you are lazing around at home in the afternoon, don’t you feel like you need something cold to beat the heat. How about having a homemade ice lolly! Make your own ice lollies with our new fruity ice pop mould or colourful silicon push up moulds. You can create your own flavours! Pineapple? Strawberry soda? Ribena? Add fruits for more punch! Just like how we added strawberries to our strawberry lemonade pops! Yummy!
Here is our homemade strawberry lemonade pops receipe:
Strawberry Lemonade Pops
In a small saucepan, combine ½ cup sugar, ⅔ cup water, and 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture comes to a simmer. Cook until berries start to soften, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Pour mixture through a fine strainer into a large bowl, pressing the solids with a spoon. Stir in ½ cup lemon juice (from about 2 lemons) and ⅔ cup water.
To finish, pour the mixture into moulds and put in some sliced strawberries before inserting sticks. If using cups, freeze until partially frozen and slushy, about 30 minutes, then insert sticks. Freeze until firm, at least for 6 hours. Enjoy!
Can’t get enough of ice lollies? How about one that doesn’t melt? Here is our ice lolly LED lights which you can use to decorate your room, kitchen or use it for a summer party! Ten colourful ice lollies strung across the room or hang it against the wall. These are battery operated so you can hang them anywhere in your house without the need for a power point. Only for indoor use.
